Our Members: The NEC Users Group membership consists of ‘Regular’ members and ‘Associate’ members. ‘Regular’ members are companies that have an NEC system installed, or have a signed contract to install an NEC system, and whose primary purpose is not producing, selling, maintaining, renting or providing consultation for NEC equipment or systems. ‘Associate’ members, also referred to as ‘Dealer’ members, are companies who are authorized distributors of NEC Systems.

The NEC Users Group provides unique opportunities for members to learn more about the NEC products your organization owns and stay informed about new solutions.

User members can enjoy 24x7 networking access year in, year out with other NEC system users via the NEC Users Group Listserv.  All relevant persons in your organization can subscribe.  It's a terrific way to openly discuss NEC product and service issues with other user members for suggestions, tips and resolution assistance.

In addition, the Users Group quarterly electronic newsletter provides a wide variety of articles on NEC products and services and gives you a chance to share your experiences.  It also updates you on Group activities, product issues and resolutions.

The Group's annual conference is an event you won't want to miss.  Held in late spring, it offers seminars, roundtable discussions and hands-on demonstrations of a wide range of NEC products, applications and services.  Networking with other users at the conference allows you to share practical experiences with NEC products and applications.  What's more, NEC executives and products experts are on hand to address specific questions and relay future product development plans.  Numerous exhibits include displays by authorized NEC dealers and strategic partners that interface with NEC systems.  The nominal per person conference fee allows you to send multiple staff and/or management personnel.
