Message from the NEC Users Group’s 2009/10 President
Welcome to the NEC Users Group
web site. We are a member driven organization made up of users and distributors
of NEC communication systems. The mission of our group is twofold:
collaboration and sharing of
ideas among our membership & direct involvement with NEC for education, issue
resolution
and product enhancement and development. Within our membership, you will find
some of the most knowledgeable and experienced users of NEC hardware and systems
anywhere. We hold many audio conferences and webinars throughout the year on
various topics, which are led by NEC product experts
and end users alike. More are being planned and we
welcome your suggestions on topics for the future. Our annual conference is a
gathering of end users, vendors, NEC product
managers and top level executives. It offers three days of very informative and
interactive sessions on a variety of topics as well as an opportunity for direct
communication with NEC personnel. A large exhibit hall showcases all of the
NEC hardware/software systems as well as product from associated vendors.
Whether
you have a brand new NEC system or a very old NEC system, the NEC Users Group
can offer any size organization great value. In this time of budget cutbacks
and doing more with less, knowledge is more important and valuable than ever.
The NEC Users Group provides a huge knowledge base that can be tapped into
anytime with our active listserv to answer questions and/or solve problems.
Networking and knowledge are the strengths of this great group, and rest
assured, if it has to do with an NEC system, then one of our members has done it
and is willing to share the experience.
It is my hope that you will
spend some time exploring our website, learning about our organization and will
find the information useful. Our goal is to make this the best user group
possible for our membership. By the way, this user group was voted “Best in the
Industry” by its members. We are always interested in your feedback and
suggestions, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you.
