 Issues/Enhancements
If you
have exhausted all avenues and are having a continuing
problem with system hardware, software or service,
this program may help you get it resolved.
The Issues Program is intended to bring attention to
common problem(s) with NEC systems and be a last
resort solution from which affected member's can
benefit.
All Issues will be evaluated by the Issues Committee
and, if warranted, formally presented to NEC for
action and response. The Issues Committee will
publicize NEC's response in the quarterly newsletter.
Your suggestions
for NEC product enhancements and developments will be
compiled and submitted to NEC. Submit your suggestions
for product enhancement through the product
enhancement form.
