Our mission, simply stated, is to provide programs, services and networking opportunities to meet the ever-changing needs and roles of the membership. We sponsor an annual conference intended to serve as a forum for members to gain knowledge of current and new NEC products, solutions, and services that will create value for their respective businesses. We also encourage vendors that have products that interface with NEC systems and solutions to attend our conference and share information about their offering in the exhibit hall. We encourage the membership to share user expectations and experiences about expected and repurposed use of the various NEC products and services, and to provide constructive feedback on processes, services, and products via our listserv and our quarterly Newsletter.

Our Members: The NEC Users Group membership consists of ‘Regular’ members and ‘Associate’ members. ‘Regular’ members are companies that have an NEC system installed, or have a signed contract to install an NEC system, and whose primary purpose is not producing, selling, maintaining, renting or providing consultation for NEC equipment or systems. ‘Associate’ members, also referred to as ‘Dealer’ members, are companies who are authorized distributors of NEC Systems.

Our Mission: The purpose of the NEC Users Group is to provide a forum for sharing information and ideas among members. The Group provides avenues for members to learn about products, submit issues of concern and contribute to the development of the NEC products.
